Outside events:  John Strampfer needs people to help with arrangements for separate events (we have contacts for each of these events):
  • Drinks at Leo’s:  Arrive early to make sure we have a reserved area. John Strampfer
  • Historic Tour Coordinator:  Arrange with school district for free bus & agree to pick-up location.  Maintain Reservation list for morning and afternoon bus tours. --Bob Vassalotti.  Helper to attend one tour to check people in. Take photos on tours.
  • Sunday Brunch at Seventh Street Café:  Interface with restaurant for brunch arrangements.-- April Storm Wenk person: Someone with an upgraded membership who can contact our classmates through that site to let them know the Reunion dates and our website address.  A number of classmates have registered there (especially this year) for whom we have not had contact info before.  We need someone to reach out to them.  This may also be a way to reach some of those who have not opened their emails from evite.

RSVP Follow-up:   Mid-August:  Someone to contact those who have RSVP’d on our site but not bought tickets or registered for a  specific event. We need several folks for this.  Janet Porcaro Guftason & John Strampher

Table decorations:  Donna, Janet & Jim may need some help making/transporting table decorations for the Saturday dinner.--Veronica DiComo

Memorabilia Table:  Gather some GCHS memorabilia beforehand and set up table at dinner where people can bring and display items.

Dinner check-in:  Recruit two Class of ’69 alums to work the check-in table at the dinner (their dinner is free) and make sure the table is set up with lists, receipt book, change (for cash payments at door) and name tags (provided by committee).  (Name tags will be pre-printed; all you have to do is get them alphabetized beforehand.) You will not have to be at check-in table during Reunion.  Close out table & turn over cash at end of evening. Nancy Mann '67 and friend.
